How does the student ranking list work?
- Your position in the ranking list is based on the results of your admission, the documents submitted, the results of the admission test to the corresponding Faculty and the result of the interview.

The SET (European Title Supplement (Qualifications)) is one of the documents that make up EUROPASS. It is the document that accompanies each of the official university degrees and is valid throughout the national territory, with unified information, personalized for each university graduate, on the studies completed, the results obtained, the professional skills acquired and the level of their degree in the national higher education system.
What is the SET (European Supplement to the Diploma (Qualifications)) for?
Its objective is to increase the transparency of the various European accreditations and facilitate their recognition, validation or homologation and their understanding by third parties, in particular, official institutions of another country. It favors the international validity of degrees and the geographical mobility of university graduates outside of Europe.
The SET can replace the sworn translation of the study certificate because it contains all the information contained in the sworn translation of the study certificate, together with additional information. For the benefit of foreign graduates, in favor of the global convergence of homologation, the SET opens the doors of many bureaucratic windows through which it is necessary to go through. In Spain there are official titles and own titles. Official titles (tsu, bachelor's, master's, doctorate) have the endorsement of the university that grants them and are recognized by the State. These studies are subjected to a complete evaluation process that guarantees their quality and that allows their REGISTRATION IN THE ELECTRONIC HEADQUARTERS OF THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT (MINISTRY OF JUSTICE), which allows the verification of the authenticity and integrity of the Degrees through CSV (Secure Verification Code).
To verify the authenticity and integrity of an Official Degree, you must have the following information, which is recorded in the degree's university registration card (CRUT): Issued under the license of the Governing Council of SAEJEE University and the Faculty that corresponds to your degree, identifies its owner in the official degree obtained as an admitted graduate along with its complete file of corresponding documents.
Electronic Verification of Official Degrees from SAEJEE University
The CRUT is presented in an electronic format and incorporates verification codes that allow the corresponding file to be downloaded in PDF format from the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice of Spain. Subsequently, within this PDF you will find a second QR code in which the other documents of the file associated with the registry are found, in accordance with the security policies recommended by the AEPD of Spain.

Since the number of places offered in each program is limited, the "Place Reservation" is mandatory for everyone. This system guarantees your place in the studies to which you have been admitted, by making an advance payment on account of the official enrollment. This amount will be deducted from the total value of the program at the time of registration.

The admitted official formalizes his relationship as a student of the University. Enrollment must be done only once in the entire tuition of the program. However, a late acceptance also depends on supervisory ability and whether you can participate in the required courses of the first phase of the program.
The registration fees do not cover the thesis defense exam or the sending of physical or electronic documents of the degree;
such as legalizations and apostilles, issuance of the Degree, European Supplement to the Degree (Qualifications) (SET), Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA), final Academic Certifications, duplicate academic titles, among others.
The rates also do not cover International Congresses or Academic Seminars (ie, congress registration fees).
Tuition fees cover the digital library, online university campus licenses, live classes, academic seminars.
Elements of the program are completed virtually, such as the annual progress talk and your participation in small group intervention sessions. Meetings with your supervisory team are held virtually, you must also attend one-on-one meetings with the academic department.
The courses and workshops are completed with the face-to-face methodology adapted in online format, therefore, they can be carried out from abroad.
Waiver requests for prospective candidates who have completed courses and workshops or an entire program at a different institution are decided on a case-by-case basis.
